Latin vibes in the studio: introducing Camila Arreaga!

Camila Arreaga

Camila Arreaga is an embodiment of fitness, energy, and perseverance. Originally from Guatemala, this brunette dynamo has made Indoor Cycling a central part of her career. We are thrilled to announce that she has recently joined our esteemed CycleMasters team!

A passion discovered

Camila Arreaga de Leon is no stranger to the world of fitness. However, fitness wasn’t always her primary passion. As a 28-year-old, she used to be a dancer and acrobat until an injury forced her to halt her pursuits. During her recovery process, she discovered fitness and found it to be an excellent fit for her. Since her first encounter with the sport, she can’t imagine her life without it. She transformed her passion into a career and now combines indoor cycling with her work as a sexuality and sensuality coach.

Motivating members to Move

At CycleMasters, Camila’s mission is to inspire and motivate our members to exercise. “I derive immense joy from witnessing the transformation of people’s energy during a class. It’s incredible to see them disconnect from their minds and connect with their bodies, embracing new energy. That’s what I love to witness.” Camila wholeheartedly dedicates herself to every class, encouraging members to move, sweat, and push their limits. By the end of each session, participants feel a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment, knowing they have invested their time wisely on the bike.

Determined to Achieve Your Goals

This energetic, empathetic, and passionate instructor finds great fulfilment in her workouts. She derives her motto from her father: “Pain is temporary, but quitting is forever.” “Whenever I train, I remind myself of this motto. In pain and effort lies the path to change, and ultimately, pain will lead you to your desired destination. There’s nothing quite like it.” Camila can be described as quirky and occasionally clumsy. “Mispronouncing words during a class or stumbling in front of a group of people with dumbbells in my hands… I’ve had my fair share of those moments!”

Golden Indoor Cycling tip

Camila’s invaluable tip for Indoor Cycling enthusiasts: “Dare to try. No matter where or how you start your Indoor Cycling journey, whether you succeed or stumble, keep trying. You can do it!”
