You can redeem the promo code here. You can then immediately see the value and the duration of the promo code. Please note: the promo code can only be used for a membership that is created through the website. If you sign up via Apple, then we cannot link the code to your account.
You can pause a ‘Personal’ or ‘Family’ membership for 1 to 6 months, provided you are using a monthly membership. This is especially useful when you go on vacation, temporarily cycle outside, or are injured. The advantage of pausing over canceling is that your progress is saved, and your membership rate remains the same, should it change in the meantime. The pause always begins at the end of the current period.
We hope you enjoy using the workouts, but there can always be a reason you want to cancel. Cancellation can be done online at any time, without a notice period.
If you have created a membership via the website, you can change or cancel it via the settings within your account.
If you started via Apple? Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘[your Apple-ID name]’ > ‘Subscriptions’ on your iPhone or iPad. Tap the subscription you want to manage. Choose a different subscription type or tap ‘Cancel Subscription’.
We aim to launch new workouts weekly. During the summer months, the frequency is slightly lower than in the fall and winter months.
