Making Fitness Work Around an Irregular Schedule: Jorg’s Story

Fitting regular workouts into your calendar can be tough enough when you’re balancing work and family life. But when you also work irregular shifts, getting onto a spinning bike at set times becomes a whole new challenge. For Jorg Bauw (40), working out at home turned out to be the perfect solution alongside his job as a community police officer. “Thanks to CycleMasters, I train 3 to 4 times a week.”

Because of Jorg’s irregular shifts, finding time to exercise used to be a struggle: “That’s why I used to be a member of a 24/7 gym. Jorg’s main reason for taking indoor cycling classes is to maintain his fitness and build muscle. He noticed a significant improvement not just in his legs, but also in his core strength. This turns out to be incredibly useful for his job too: “I used to suffer a lot from lower back pain, but since I started cycling, it has completely disappeared. You really train your entire body this way!”
